Soccer is boring

It's a good question; why don't people tear seats up etc at Aussie Rules/Rugby League/Rugby Union games? Why only soccer matches? I've been furious at the footy before, but in a million years i'd never tear up a seat. Why does this special kind of anger only seem to befall soccer fans?

Making their own entertainment given the sport itself is almost as boring as RL!

Surprised this hasn't happened in the nRL before. But I guess there isn't even 170 people in the crowd to actually tear up the seats in the first place.

Naaa, we burn the whole stadium down, well us Parra fans are a bit different, we don't wait for government approval for a new ground.

We get in quick and force the bastards to pull their hands out of their pockets ;)

Soccer is boring. That much is true. But to say that League is just as boring is A Grade Crapola!

Good thing about Etihad over the weekend. Management have an excuse to kick the Victory out of there! So we can have the place for March before the AFL gets it's mitts on it!

yet its pretty unique regarding crowd behaviour including violence, especially in Australia. Why is that. Seems like boredom is a fair reason.

It's true, the fans are bored shitless by the so called game and their frustrations show when they riot. I went to a Sydney FC game this year and saw similar behaviour. Walked away looking at all the riot police shaking my head. Crap game.

Soccer may be popular world wide but it also has huge crowd behaviour issues world wide. Reason? utter boredom
