Over $2 million for a one weekend competition. WOW, rugby league just gets further and further ahead.

The AFL can only dream of such things
Rugby League, the dominant force in Australian sport!

poor ol spewie

the VFL has no modified version of its self
& even if it did

no one from anywhere outside of Australia would watch the full version let alone a reduced one

RL easily converts to 7's
but 9's is an even better modified version for our game ..... & here we have a weekend in Auckland ... with 50 to 60,000 fans to attend over the 2 days watching all 16 NRL teams throwing it around in a highly entertaining start to our year .. with live TV coverage back into Australia
& millions in prize money handed out

meanwhile vicky kicky players & fans continue to sit at home twiddling their thumbs 8-[
