And you want to hear a real farce? What about how news limited owned the NRL and also the storm, and gave the grossly unpopular storm more money to spend on their football department than ANY other NRL team! And what happened? The storm dominated your comp for over a decade and a half!

no sport on earth allows one or several teams to have this sort of an advantage over the rest of its sides

the Storm got not one cent more from the NRL .... then any other side .... not a penny.
what news gave to them is their business .... as they are privately owned & can do what they damn well like.

VFL ... a no credibility sham of a comp giving leg ups to a select few sides
NRL.... treats all clubs the same , no favourites for them.
