I have estimated that the :
AFL would have had a total of 1.95 million viewers last night while the
NRL would have had a total of 1.28 million viewers last night

almost 700,000 more viewers watching AFL.

The AFL has near to 3/4 0f a million more metropolitan viewers this week, than it had at the same last year . You'll have to excuse me if I sound a little sceptical

Adel/Frem drew TV audience 1.753m. Coll/WC TV audience 1.925m. - Highest rating match year to date. Rated higher than any '11 final, bar GF.

nice try but fail. Theyve included all NRL telecasts but only metro and some regionals for the AFL because. Saturday night was 400k ahead of the NRL on metro alone yet hasnt been given any regionals at all!

you're trying to claim ownage by just using regional numbers? thanks you just proved that the average AFL player is an educated city dweller while the average nrl fan is from some stupid farm in orange why not compare the final numbers when the AFL outdrew you're crappy games by over 600 thousand viewers and if anyone is being ripped off it's channel 9, they cant even make a profit from the nrl for the first few years because the nrl asked for more then what they are really worth
