NSW Police cover up of Bulldogs Rape case?

Am curious to find out whther the NSW Police covered up this investigation of the Bulldogs rape matter at Coffs Harbour. Why is it that a senior NSW Police Officer is under investigation because of this matter?

Why has the alleged rapists from the Bulldogs not been questioned more and charged if there is a Police coverup?

Who knows what's going on. We're all pretty certain something did go down at Coffs Harbour with the Bulldogs involved. As to whether it was sexual assualt, well I suppose we may never really know. The Bulldogs sure do have continuing image problems though.
