such as? funny how youve never answered this!Striker wrote:KE, let's just concentrate on what's there. Trying to blow out the word "black" harms your credibility. What's there is enough to show that the AFL has got a king size broom and they are using it.

Wasn't trying to blow out the word black there striker but thanks for the thought.
Xman I'd like to nominate striker to adjudicate this one, a new and clearly impartial member.
Regards,
King

King Coward am swinging the way of The Warrior!

It's been a week. We need a decision, and IMO again it needs to be from Beau.

I'll have a crack at it.
My decision would be Undecided. I think it's enough to provide speculation in order to undermine the claim, but that speculation isn't enough to disprove it totally. I know in my own mind that El is right and X is wrong but after looking at the rules that isn't allowed as proof. I don't like it, but I'll accept it due to lack of hard evidence (due to the AFL's handy little broom!).
No points.

Would you consider being the RL judge in the BS file? We could both decide our opinion independantly. If we agree the decision stands. If we disagree the decision is undecided. How 'bout it?

I have to admit that wasn't a bad review. I don't agree, but hey at least Striker was reasonable unlike KE when he was a judge!

Fair decision Striker. I'll take that. Your most relevant point being that you "know that El is right and X is wrong"
And I'm glad Xman agreed with you and now wants you onboard...an exquisite and subtle example of the character of our Xman
