Adam Goodes says its still current. Minot incidents this year say its still current. But in comparison to the shameful incidents in the NRL this year the AFL is far closer to stamping out racism. The NRL have just given up its so rampant.Striker wrote:It's both, because they know it's not gone and they'd be freaking dumb to say it is!Xman wrote:Prove it chicken shite!Striker wrote:Almost? Goodes is preaching the company line like the rest of them. It's not almost gone. It's still there and a problem!!![]()
What sort of a moron are you? Youre claiming things that you cant prove because you think they happen.![]()
The company line would be "its gone", not "it still happens"
I don't have to prove anything. You have to prove it's gone! And you can't!

The AFL has given up as well and prefer to sweep it under the carpet.

proof would be nice.Striker wrote:The AFL has given up as well and prefer to sweep it under the carpet.
The AFL have had two minor racial incidents this year. The NRL have had 2 major incidents.

There have been a plethora of minor incidents, X! Like El said, Goodes admitted that was happening!
Re: The Kings Melbourne Report
rubbish. he said there are ongoing incidents, its almost gone, but not completely.Striker wrote:There have been a plethora of minor incidents, X! Like El said, Goodes admitted that was happening!
Meanwhile the NRL have official supporter groups racially abusing fans at games and on social media with no consequences.

Goodes tells us that many incidents go unreported.

I would call a single fan yelling abuse minor. I would call entire sections of a crowd yelling abuse a massive disgrace!King-Eliagh wrote:Goodes tells us that many incidents go unreported.

Again a subjective term, and in comparison to the issues within the NRL, its minor.King-Eliagh wrote:Minor
I cannot believe you have tried to downplay the NRL incidents.

'Downplay'? Can you find where I've done this? I can't recall anywhere where I suggested racism in the nrl is 'minor' or downplayed it in any other manner.

you were claiming it was only 3 or 4 people. Stop lying to shameful hypocrit!King-Eliagh wrote:'Downplay'? Can you find where I've done this? I can't recall anywhere where I suggested racism in the nrl is 'minor' or downplayed it in any other manner.

KE, you are downplaying the NRL racial abuse by numbers of people by trying to place single individuals ahead of them as somehow worse. No - the NRL abuse is worse because of the numbers that were doing it. Your view is parched by your hatred of AFL and love of NRL.

I said it was probably only 3 or 4 people and we have no evidence to suggest it wasnt. The fact the taunts and signs were not picked up by microphones or cameras suggests it wasnt a group of more than 10. Logic Xman, apply it sometime.Xman wrote:you were claiming it was only 3 or 4 people. Stop lying to shameful hypocrit!King-Eliagh wrote:'Downplay'? Can you find where I've done this? Re: The Kings Melbourne Report
Ah i never made any comment suggesting single individuals being racist is worse than groups being racist. Racism is simply a dumbarse act conducted by dumbarse snotforbrains, whether it be one person or a dozen, the act is reserved for those without intelligence.TLPG wrote:KE, you are downplaying the NRL racial abuse by numbers of people by trying to place single individuals ahead of them as somehow worse. Re: The Kings Melbourne Report
The instant you pressed Rendell and that fan ahead of the SOO BS, you pressed the individual as worse than the group. You didn't have to actually say it. Your attitude speaks volumes.
And your comment to Xman about "3 or 4" is absolute BS. The media reports clearly stated that it was several SECTIONS of the crowd! 3 or 4 my rear end!! It was way more than that - and it IS feasible that the microphones wouldn't have picked it up even in such numbers! I happen to know that crowd effects microphones are up in the stands and not at ground level. The problem (I assume) was at ground level.
