5 city alone was 3.3m. The average regional audience has been 1m when the 5 city result was only 2.6m.

So, hang on, you're 800k behind. For the last three GFs you've averaged 1.1m regional audience. The AFL have averaged mid 900ks. Your regional GF ratings would need to be 1.7-1.8m to have a hope of breaking even with the AFL.
