Server Problems

Apologies to all members/visitors for the server problems we have experienced over the past week. The only way to restore the database was to restore the back up from last Saturday. Sadly that means posts made after last Saturday are lost.

Hopefully things run smoothly from here on as we are now on a new server.

Afraid not Beaussie. I've been getting these messages all day:-

phpBB : Critical Error

Could not obtain lastvisit data from user table

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1016 Can't open file: 'phpbb____users.MYD'. (errno: 145)

That error today was totally unrelated to the new server. It was a mere problem with phpBB tables that once I figured it out was resolved instantly. My apologies for the delay in working it out.

phpBB does some very strange things. All can be going fine and then all of a sudden the dreaded Critical Error.
