Why was'nt full ratings given for the NRL on Friday night?

Missing the ratings for Sydney on the BRIS vs CAN game can someone find these?
Also missing the Brisbane ratings for the STI vs NEW game?
And also notice there is 8 NA in round 7 so until we can get these figures we cant see what total was for the round.

NRL ROOSTERS V COWBOYS FOX SPORTS 2 97,000 Played in Northern Territory not live on Fox

http://www.throng.co.nz/

Again NRL smashing AFL on Fox, Damm Fox would be worried expecting a jump from the other states but it doesn’t look like it’s to eventuate.
Let’s wait till say round 12 and if these numbers don’t improve Foxtel is going to be shattered Just like Channel 10 were when they gave back the rights to Some AFL games last year.
So the AFL on foxtel got 1581k and the NRL got 1087k. Got it.

No wonder fox footy has is the number one foxtel channel again! =D>
NRL 4 live games 1087k average of 271.802
AFL 9 Live games 1581 average of 175.000

I know that if i were part of the networks inner sanctum i would be going with NRL especially next year when we have 8 games live on Fox. So 1087.00 + 271.800 * 4 extra games live = 2446.000 =D> =D>

wow

I'd say that pretty much sums it up
NRL kicking the bejesus out of the VFL on PAY

here endith the lesson
RL SOO II 4.194 Million veiwers
RL SOO I 4.068 Million
NRL GF 3.968 Million
VFL Grand Final 3.620 Million
SOO III 3.364 Million
NRL Prelim 2.219 Million
Kangaroos V NZ 1.214 Million

You'd be wrong. Foxt footy is all over fox2. Total ratings for the AFL were almost 50% higher for the AFL games and from only 6 watchable games because 3 were shown at the same time.

Ahhh no.

Those are the ratings for the live broncos to Brisbane and the live Newcastle game to Sydney. The delayed games to the reversed market are the ratings that are missing because they were so low.

no you'd be wrong

i mean lets face it .. when are you ever right

the only reason the giggleball dedicated channel ends up with more ratings is its on 24/7 V 5 games & about 2 other NRL shows
it would cost a motza to run the AFL dedicated station
& as has been pointed out ... the ratings .. a good indicator of subscriptions .. are saying its not paying its way
with games attracting just 175K veiwers .. & all the fluff & other stuff ... way way less

the NRL is attracting 275K veiwers a game ... more then 50% more a game on average
& when we go to 8 games all live on PAY in 2013... & 9 in 2015
well
call it off ... its ova ... its not even close

Ahhh wrong again Dave. 6 of the AFL games were broadcast against another foxtel game. Therefore the audience is split. The Saturday night foxtel numbers from the 7.30 to 10.30 time frame were 127 + 178= 305k. This easily account for both the NRL foxtel games on Saturday night, which were shown in isolation. Plus the AFL was on FTA at the same time!

Foxfooty and AFL on foxtel are all over the NRL on foxtel.

Dave last week was 310 average on FOX so if i were to go by last week 310*8 = 2480.000 viewers on Fox compared to AFL 1500.000 or last weeks total for AFL 1300.000
Things are looking up and up for the NRL next year dave, im predicting at least 140Million a year from Fox in the Next TV rights deal. :D

No one is BSing. They've been missing from the top 20 almost every week. Unless you can find a source for them they can't be posted because only oztam has them and they don't release a comprehensive list, just the top 20.

You got a source?

I don't need a source i am not the one saying that those ratings are missing because the ratings are low, have you got a source? Stop the bulldust mate or show me a source were it shows the ratings so low that they left them out.
Have a look at all weeks this year and tell me were the ratings in those slots have been low enough to leave out?

OMG! #-o

Tvtonight release the figures the next day! They only release the top 20. If the 9.30 NRL game misses the top 20 Beaussie needs to source them from somewhere else like MediaweekAus. If they don't show them, which they didn't last week, then he can't post them until someone finds some other source for them.

I ain't got a source. Neither has Beaussie. Have you? #-o

A key question would have to be are the "cable" ratings reported here actually the total cable ratings ie Fox+Austar+Optus Vision, or are they only those from Fox?
