A small win on FTA for the fumbling game. Of course when fox/kayo is added it will be another big win to Rugby League.
Punters will knowledge of pass few seasons results of FOX and the the POWER of NRL figures on FOX know this.

NRL clean up on FOX> (any update when FOX will be putting figures out since withdrawing from oztam
Just when you think leagetards couldn't get anymore delusional. Last year, it was AFL that was consistently breaking records on Fox and it's common knowledge that primetime AFL games rate higher on fox. Like it does on 7. Like it does everywhere. How about this. Why don't you add the 20k viewers watching in NZ, and then add the 7 people watching in England, and 2 in ireland and you'll get close... to our pre game numbers     =D =D =D
 this bloke,

Ignoring the obvious where NRL steams ahead on Saturday and Sunday and FOX commanding 10's & 10's of millions more viewers

In fact i think it is better to dominate Saturday and Sunday quite well over thursday and Friday, as there is 2 games to 6

FRIDAY NIGHT NRL LIVE Nine 1,383,000 590,000
SEVEN’S AFL: FRIDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL Seven 1,921,000 645,000
Another Friday night win for the AFL.

Seven’s AFL: Friday Night Football: #1 sport, #1 program in 25 to 54s and 16 to 39s. National reach 1.92 million, national audience 645,000.

do not see many wins for the NRL for rest of year on Thursday & Friday.
maybe round 26 & 27

someone quote me on this

but did the AFL when announcing the DEAL

announce it as (MEDIA RIGHTS DEAL) combining everything into Deal (tv / streaming radio digital Telstra etc)

where as the NRL announced it as Tv Rights deal which is strictly just TV/Streaming

why does the NRL do this, Isn't the Telstra Component worth 100-200mill ?

The AFL announced their deal as a media rights deal, all inclusive - although not including Radio which was announced separately. The NRL does not sell its digital rights, has not done so since 2018 - it manages its own website network - Telstra is not part of the NRLs media rights deal, All things Telstra related - including their contra deal - are cobbled on to their Premiership season naming rights deal. No mention of Nines print/radio deals which were specifically part of the last broadcast rights announcement for the NRL.

So the AFL inflate their broadcast deal by adding Telstra to the announced numbers sooks? This is where you do well pal. Right or wrong?
