Is 4 billion across 7 years what they would want ? Is that less than the current AFL deal ?
what is also interesting

CH9 have offered 5 years.
FOX have offered 7 years.

sources say FOX just beat Ch9 offer by around $25mill per Annum (but did a 7 year deal)

It is over to you Channel 9

It appears Foxtels offer is around $600M per year which is very close to the AFL's deal pa. But this is the initial offer. Ch9, ch7, ch10, Amazon and Foxtel are all still in a live bidding process. Once this gets near completion there could well be a frenzy of bidding that will push the price up, up and upper.

Interesting times. PVL proving that he is a genius. Well played Peter The Great.
