Latest court Update: Lukey Sayers is arguing he wants the matter heard before a closed court. This is a typical tactic used by The AFL and AFL types. They want everything hidden from the public. Mr's Sayers disagrees because she wants the public to know what kind of person Lukey is.

The judge is reserving judgement at this time. I'm with Mrs Sayers - Lukey has been a bad boy and needs to be exposed. Well.............not totally exposed like last time lololololol................just legally and orally exposed.

Massive news in todays Herald Sun folks. The headline reads: 'IN SAYERS V SAYERS IT IS THE AFL THAT IS REALLY ON TRIAL'. Yep. Exactly what I have been saying from the start. The story outlines a long list of AFL cover-ups, subterfuge, BS and plain lying. Who woulda known lolololol!!!!!

Mrs Sayers is pursuing allegations of collusion between Lukeys camp, the AFL and Carlton in clearing Lukey from any wrongdoing related to the infamous 'dick pic'. Subpoena's have been served to various AFL and Carlton figures to give evidence in the case. Sheeeesh, this is gonna blow the top off the sordid workings of the AFL.

The beautifully written article says the court case should finally expose the truth about the way Australia's most ruthless and unaccountable sporting body manipulates investigations to protect its brand and its own. It further states that Mrs Sayers went to a Sydney legal team to run her case as they won't be intimidated by the all powerful AFL like bubble dwelling Melbon folk are. Very smart is Mrs Sayers.

Just saw another article in the Herald Sun. Rachael Griffiths is indeed doing research for a television drama about the dick pic and the AFL's involvement in it. This is gonna get ugly folks. If this goes to the supreme court fumblehouse had better batten down the hatches.

There's two stories in todays Herald Sun about this sordid tale. One is about Rachael Griffiths surprise attendance at the hearing. The other is titled, 'AFL in a spin cycle'. Apparently fumblehouse's communication team are spending a lot of time trying to spin this one. To the extent they're hiring more spinners to handle it.

Their latest aim is to quietly settle the case before subpoena's are issued next week that will bring great embarrassment to the game. No doubt they'll offer the good Mrs Sayers a blank cheque to walk away. That's the way things are done in fumble land. It's kinda like the cosa nostra with the Big Dill in charge rather than Big Al (Capone that is).

It basically says Lukey boy is a bald faced liar who with AFL compliance blamed his wife for said dick pic. Read and enjoy folks.

The Dick pic scandal has......ummmmm...........raised it's head again lolololol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lukey boy has failed in his attempt to have the case heard in a closed court. And the dirt is flowing.

Its seems Lukey boy's 'team' sent a draft stat dec to the AFL Integrity Unit before sending the official signed one. Weird move. Unless one is colluding with Lukey's team to close the whole thing down that is. As claimed by the good Mrs Sayers.

Strangely enough, or probably not, the draft stat dec was sent by Lukeys media adviser Sharon McCrohan and the Integrity Unit shortly thereafter cleared Lukey of any wrong doing. And then in what can only be labelled an incredible coincidence McCrohan, once again shortly thereafter, got a job at AFL house as the head of corporate affairs.

Wowsers........talk about good luck!! One day you're working on the tawdry dick pic saga on behalf of Luke Sayers ............nek mint...........you get a high powered job for the very body your former boss was previously being investigated by. Coincidence? Good luck? Collusion? Outright corruption?

Stay tuned folks. A trial is set for November in Mrs Sayers defamation action. This is gonna be interesting.
