• North Sydney will continue running NSW Cup, SG Ball & Harold Matts pathways
• Perth junior & reserve-grade talent will be based in Sydney + linked with Easts Tigers in QLD Cup
• A Perth academy will create a direct WA-to-NRL pipeline as the club works towards an U21s side (DT)
