the obsession and jealously is fucked hilarious and you dont even get how pathetic and how hypercritical you are, even more than normal

309 million for 2.5k extra seats currently being upgraded in Penrith!for 11/12 home games and a possibility of 10 concerts max
! i mean what band will play a large concert 50kms west of Sydney, they will play an indoor venue or a outdoor venue closer
the price for the Tasmanian stadium is a bargain! with a roof thrown in. Tasmania, Hobart a state has the right to 1 premium venue that will host a claimed 300 events a year plus AFL games and other events
(the initial design of the PENRITH STADIUM is a complete joke. (looks boring bland and does not offer that much more than it 1st did.
25k Seats is too small, and they are still keeping a HILL at the northern end..

20k was pretty much the limit at last stadium>> as hills were packed like sardines for this to happen.

if you believe the NEW HOBART stadium will host 300 events a YEAR
this would officially make it the busiest stadium in the world >>>
so its a joke, so just automatically just spend 309 million on a brand new one that hosts 11/12 games a year and up 10 concerts. what artist, band will want to play a show in the edge of western suburbia 60kms out from the city when they can play in or near the city

Tasmanis and Hobart are entitled to a stadium being the capital like everyh other state has, the 300 events could be AFL to meetings and conferences, it could be a beer testing or an arts display help by local artists freaks with the green or purple hair and noise rings for all we know.

but it needs to be built right and done correct the first tme so they arnt needing to rebuild it like a perfect example like the penrith stadium apparently need to be
it has went from 40 events now we are at 300 (please tell me you you do not believe this>>>
like there is no demand at the moment >> why would all this extra stuff happen because of a stadium >>

Penrith and surrounds into the blue mountains >> is bigger than you think>> Its a CITY and GROWING quickly>>
news Flash its getting its OWN AIRPORT >>> yep International AIRPORT>>

If Hobart could get 300 events per year>> Penrith should be able to get 500

no its always been 300! as the links below states
Penrith could not get 500 due to its on the end of suburbia and many other venues more suitable close by and in and to the city.

so Hobart cant get a venue, yet every NRL club needs a public funded home ground and expansion teams bankrolled also!
its fear, jealously, insecure from you lot!

and cockhead ?
you claimed 309 million was spent on 2500 seats .. & as per usual , you were not even close to being right
Where the NRL in Sydney gets its stadiums , in the wealthiest city , in the wealthiest state in the commonwealth is ... its business , its easily afforded

unlike the pennyless povohs in Tasderpia who are being held to ransome by an organised crime syndicate .. skinnywhiteflogball house [-X [-X [-X [-X
due to it being the most populated.

the point is of the whole argument that has you lit in a fit is Tasmaia cant get a stadium while NRL teams are having stadiums built!
that is the simple part you struggle to understand! max 22/23 events to Penrith, id imagine some shit? far west of Sydney will not bring any economic return to money spent.

a large sole venue in a State that will host 300 plus events, on an island, will bring tourism and a trickle down effect to other businesses. i know this will be to difficult for you to understand as NRL fans dont leave the house due to that tribal rivalry, but normal people travel and eat out and educate them self and see new things!

the last few years of the NRL bringing SOO & local games to WA has been a real eye-opening experience!. the odd fan that may be a local or travel comes out of the wood work and they make the EPL English locals yobbo look educated and well-rounded and at least you can have some normal level conversation and banter with them! 25 years of living in Europe and attending all sorts of events, ive never met such a weird dim witted bunch of people as i have as the League fans, its like being part of the requirements for being a fan! so i cant see many people wanting to travel out to Western Sydney for tourism reasons except have a laugh at some neanderthal
thats right you dribbling nonce
most people
309 mill a spit in the bucket for them

1 billion for Tasbumbia
bankrupts them

no stadium is required
thanks for your time
the states except WA are all technically bankrupt any ways! Eddie

again you know nothing about anything!

its fear and jealously

I am refusing to believe it will have 300 Events..

Not even the MCG SCG or Australia's best and biggest stadiums even get close to that per year..
but YOU are believing a little city on little island (TASMANIA HOBART) will get 300 events per year at this stadium

event doesnt mean a packed house of a sporting or concert its a PR document that thats used to sell the case, an event could be the local council conducting yoga sessions, AFL game or local business Christmas parts, major venues, are not only playing fields, but have business centres attached also

yes, but there are other venues up the road, Paramatta and Homebush Olympic precinct where events can be held at and a lot closer to the city meaning larger audience to attract. not 60kms on the edge of suburbia

wasnt the NRl trying to centralise the grounds to the best they can be similar to what the AFL does to play in stadiums as im sure to keep the grounds up to scratch with OH&S would be costly for those dated smaller club venues

Accor is a shithole
designed for the Olympics , not for rectangle sports

there was a half arsed plan to .. sort of.. fix it up for ongoing use by RL , RU & soccer post the Olympics
but the fumbling turd show from Vicdopia got involved & offered the NSW govt 12 million $ to have the venue multi purpose with retractable seating
& a poor venue was for ever ruined

even if the bumbling & stumbling never got involved , the eastern & western stands which were going to stay as is ...
are set too far away & at too flat a rake to have ever delivered a good spectator experience.

The NRL needed a Wembley or Allianz Stadium ( Munich)
not the turd they're now stuck with

i agree its a poor look and fucked hilarious when NRL games are played there when 10/15k show up

the Giants needed a ground to play at! it always goes back to logic of total fear of the AFL, states cant get grounds yet NRL clubs are apparently entitled to it! your scared shitless of the AFL
