No - not at Carrara. There are people who may have reserved seats but don’t think that would account for the 2000 plus not there.

Low Availability on ticketmaster for the Wooden Spoon Titans (17th)
vs broncos easily the largest drawing team in the comp based 1 hr 1 minute drive (according to google) up the road. parking and traffic put on longer id guess

Also has a train station at the front door so public transport is excellent.

Yes - and it was good to see a decent amount of Suns supporters there - I note even the commentators made mention of the support in the crowd - the boos and cheers etc.

whereas did note this on Reddit:

the lack of titans comments here is a reminder that we are all dead inside… all 7 of us

I was at the game, crowd must have been at least 75% Broncos fans judging by the jerseys

The broncos an 1 hr up the road and Queensland and Gold Coast NRL strong hold and no one cares about the AFL, the Suns are getting there and has the League folk on edge scrambling to claim anything they can!

i was at the game last year, when Titans were having a better season same crowd too 25k
and was easily 70% titans 30% Broncos

Yeah - but also remember this is Rugby League heartland - so for GC to get close to crowd - and the nature of the crowd too, which is the most stand out thing for me, is pretty good still - but still a long way to go.
