back to the subject

disgusting vile derpball
happy to take Tasmanian tax payer $ playing games in stadiums there right now .... have for years
fleecing heartland fans , stringing them along letting them think they're important to the sport ...
The Stadiums where they play now , are good enough for their quick financial fix .... but apparently.. they need to build a multi billion dollar vanity temple if they want their own team

Penrith, Parramatta, and the SFS were perfectly adequate stadiums for NRL matches for years and those three stadiums have had, or are getting rebuilds worth 1.6 billion dollars. Dont preach about stadium costs here.

Sooks 'ol son, no stadium rebuild or financing for a new stadium comes anywhere close to what the AFL has imposed on Tasmanians and the Tasmanian government. They have told them to build a brand new stadium or they can stick a new AFL team up their arse. It's a condition of the agreement to allow them into the comp pal. Tantamount to blackmail.

This is in no way comparable to any stadium deal done anywhere else in Australia let alone in the RL states. You know this pal. But of course you will go soft on your fave sport as usual. It's in your DNA. And you will of course deny this. That's also your DNA.

NSW is the nations biggest wealthiest state with the largest GDP , 8.5 million people
NSW could afford to build those venues

Tasmania, the poorest jurisdiction in the commonwealth

ofc it is fine for this team ...
so is the other place in Hobart... FFS they play games at both venues right now ..... happy to take the coin on offer from Tasmanians & have been for a long time

but when this mob in the derping & missing heartland rightfully want their own team , they have to build a multi billion dollar completely over the top roofed stadium that they can't afford
And if theres no vanity monument built to fumbleball , then theres no team !

while the grants & thuns who weren't asked to do anything to get a team in regions that have little interest in the sport , didn't ask for a team & didn't need one

i have a big issue with the amount it will cost 1.5billion for 23,000 seats (that is very tiny) with a roof

based on recent stadiums built theres no value for $ no

Allianz completed 2023
828 million for 42.5K seats
around 19K a seat

Commbank completed 2019
300 million for 30K seats
10K a seat

Optus completed 2018
1.1 billion for 60K seats
17K a seat

this venue in Hobart
23K seats at 1.5 billion is costing ... over 70K a seat
seriously ?... just F off with that shit

the roof is the issue
it would cost half as much without it & even then is borderline too expensive for 23K seats
And stumbleball said if it doesn't have a roof , it doesn't go ahead
wow
what wankers [-X [-X [-X [-X [-( [-( [-( [-(

its a bunch of things aye..
being built in prime real estate in Hobart, waterfront, Roof and capacity

for this costings (capacity must need to be around the 45k mark

i wonder how much it would reduce the costings if Roof was done ...

Need roof as the wind can be cyclonic - people kicking the ball and goes backward how wind. That’s why they are insisting on the roof I believe.

skinnywhitewankerball is an

outdoor sport

in America they build indoor venues for NFL teams in the midwest & NE of the country to combat the extreme .... dangerous .. weather conditions in winter
temps dipping below -30c

in Australia
twatball builds them because its players are un coordinated wombats        :(/ :(/

NFL teams in America still have stadiums that are outdoors and face very tough conditions
WIND and SNOW etc

just to name a few

Green Bay
New England
Minnesota
Chicago
Buffalo

and these are billion dollar franchises..

shall we go to EPL as well (English conditions) no stadium has a roof for all clubs

Tasmania team could most certainly play without a Roof and should not be conditional
