However they also have a merch writeoff of 3.5m on the books in 2013….sooo they havent done spectacularly well here."

A spend of $24.093m for a return of $24.201m doesn't seem to be very good business. And it includes a write off of $3.5m. In your considered opinion what is happening here?? It seems a little fishy sooks.

Ok, so Sooksie hasn't responded to my very reasonable request for him to give his considered "expert" opinion on the Ginats membership and merchandise spend that he recently posted.

Its seems rather odd that this mob has spent......yes spent....... $24M since 2012 on membership and merchandise. I mean how do you spend that amount of money on memberships and merchandise? Aren't those things supposed to be revenue raisers.
