It is an English Competition. An English Competition with French teams, A Canadian team, Another Canadian the year after that and a US team the following year. Apparently some NRL teams will play trials with New York next year.
Rugby League, the dominant force in Australian sport!

It'll be interesting to see how this plays out. The Poms must think they can get big crowds with games at Wembley and Evertons new ground at Liverpool.

It'd be great for the game if the Poms could win one of the first two and set up a decider. Would be the biggest game of RL in England for decades. Sadly I can't see anything other than a 3 nil shutout to the Kangaroos.

30K registrations to reserve tickets in just 24 hrs

madness that these soap dodging tossers have scheduled the 3rd & potential series decider at Headingley
way too small
even if its a dead rubber

but if its a decider , it will be one of the stupidest scheduling decisions I have ever seen

It'd be like the NRL scheduling tests against the english at
Accor
Suncorp

&

Shark park
:hmm:
:-k

the record crowd for a Rugby League international is under threat with the series opener at Wembley
The record currently stands at
74,468 for the WC final at Manchester in 2013 , between Australia & New Zealand

I think this number will be well surpassed on Oct 25th this year in London.

40K people outside of the Headingley sellout booking tickets in one day
is the exciting thing for me
Liverpool should sellout with 53K

& this far out Wembley should get a very large crowd too , with hopefully the record attendance for a Rugby League International of 74,468
being surpassed
