Pretty good ratings considering the number of top line players missing. Some of the blokes playing I've never heard of. And some were reserve graders.

Re: Crowds & TV Ratings 2025
Would be handy but not critical , the sport of RL has consistently proven itself over the last 5 years with the highest ratings , the most STV subscribers of any sport & strong growth in both.leeroy*NRL* wrote: Sun Feb 16, 2025 3:14 pmNRL will be hoping for a BIG START to Season to help with Tv Rights.
current broadcasters will want to retain a sport that provides this , & other suitors will want it to grow their business

Re: Footy TV Ratings - 2025
So lemme get this straight
NZ Super Rugby derbies get around 500K on TV .. thats 2 kiwi sides playing
& the NZ warriors get nearly as many with just.........1 NZ side playing ?
https://www.warriors.kiwi/news/2024/05/ ... platforms/
All i can say is when the NRL gets its 2nd NZ team ( tipped for sometime in the 2028-2031 TV cycle )
it'll be
CHA CHING !!!

Does cricket include International audiences? Like if Australia played India do they include rating figures in India? Or say if in the NRL do they include figures shown for NZ? Or is it just figures relating to people watching in Australia?
