Its because you dont pay attention to detail. Top rating AFL matches do still rate high on streaming, its just theres a lot of low end filler that swamps everything else during the year. The finals are different, its all top end matches and everyone is watching.

those spikes in games on STV were for exclusive STV games .... not ones simulcast on FTA ...or the bare minimum only shown on FTA in limited markets & even then , they didn't get close to those made up numbers

These finals are available on FTA nationally

Finals will obviously have a larger audience .... but .. 100% larger .. up against FTA coverage ???
