Re: Footy TV Ratings - 2024
that is what the Storm need on FTA into Melbourne (clean Air)
and more of it. not just one off hits here and there..
the potential has always been there...
just the NRL and broadcaster ch9 are Bludgers
too often NRL put Storm up against Big VFL Clashes.

Re: Footy TV Ratings - 2024
well as I said I was confused how good those NRL numbers were on Thursday & knew it wasn't Souths
thats 88K on FTA & not far off that figure on STV either in Melb , 150-170K plus
amazing
The Swines had their usual TV audience barely bigger then their crowd & half that number on STV
60K
both teams leading their respective comps
the Storm will clear 100K on FTA easily this coming Thursday in the game of the year ... heck... decade ..against the Panthers
with STV it will get to 200K
wow
just wow

Re: Footy TV Ratings - 2024
Agree - lots of commentators bemoaned the stopping of Thursday night football (afl) - I still don’t understand why.
Now my team can’t make the finals I’ll definetely be watching more storm games - well the second half anyway.

Re: Footy TV Ratings - 2024
so
Sunday
1 game of NRL on FTA ... up against the closing events in the olympics ... 12th v 17th .. so not an overly attractive clash
482K on FTA .. pushing a mill with stv ... tidy .... real tidy
tank tops & giggles
3 games , 2 on fta in 3 markets , 1 in VIC/NSW ACT .. the other in SA ...
299K for the 2 games .... sheesh
bog average .... completely underwhelming

a tally for 2024 up until last sunday , thats missing a fair bit of dataleeroy*NRL* wrote: ↑Tue Aug 06, 2024 2:46 pmNRL really pushing ahead in alot of metrics this year across TV and Streaming.
we got an updated tally
virtually no foxtel numbers , mainly kayo & lots of AFL games rating that low they don't make any list & aren't counted
a hammering is all this could be called

20 million lead and it excludes FOX Numbers via the box. (which NRL dominates quite comfortably)azif wrote: ↑Fri Aug 16, 2024 2:29 pma tally for 2024 up until last sunday , thats missing a fair bit of dataleeroy*NRL* wrote: ↑Tue Aug 06, 2024 2:46 pmNRL really pushing ahead in alot of metrics this year across TV and Streaming.

ol bea arthur
like clock work... couldn't get in here quick enough to put up a rare stumbles & derps friday night win
about their... 7th... out of 23 weeks of head to heads
lets post a win for the drops & giggles but ignore the complete hammering the bumbling game is getting from the NRL week after week after week
poor fumblers , what a depressing time they're having

Beatup is a show pony front runner type. He only puts his head above the parapet when there is a good news story in fumble land. When there is bad news, eg. Rugby League annihilating the fumbling mess in overall TV ratings, he hides under the doona screeching out for his mummy!!!azif wrote: ↑Sun Aug 18, 2024 8:08 am

Which reminds me.........is the great sookie ok???? Haven't seen him in these parts for ages. Maybe he's under the doona with beatup. Ugly visual I know lolololololo!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Footy TV Ratings - 2024
so
bea arthur , i say bea arthur
howd the ratings go yesterday & last night?
5 games of fumbles n bumbles
every game on an FTA station somewhere during the day
2 games at 1.45pm
1 on in QLD , the other in NSW/ACT & WA
a total in the cities & country side of just
189K
jesus
now there was a game on at 4.30 in isolation that was shown in QLD on FTA only
not sure if this game was counted in the afternoon for evening games tho
2 games last night , 1 on national TV except SA , the other game was on in SA only on FTA , their derpy so would have attracted a big audience there
528K in total for the 2 games
cripes
717K for 5 games in total....absolutely diabolical
the NRL had 17th V 15th on Ch 9 nationally
337K ... as expected an average game getting average ratings
