Re: Dolphins making History
It will interesting to see the TV ratings for the Lions Bulldogs game tonight in Brisbane.
It is very rare that the lions a primetime slot like this other than the Collingwood game next Thursday which obviously will be massive.
I am not sure what Rugby League game is on tonight but I think the ratings will be very even.
That must upset you Liebomber considering Brisbane is a Rugby League city.

That unco monstrosity from Vicderpia will be annihilated by the NRL again tonight even with no NRL QLD sides playing
I'll say roughly double on FTA & 4 times on STV
a flogging
the only ones upset by tonights TV ratings petey will be you you fumbling mo.ng & your fellow ex pat sthn drop kicks living in QLD when the paddle pop Wions are well beaten by 2 Sydney NRL teams in Brisbane
would be quite embarrasing being a Fumbler in QLD atm

Re: Dolphins making History
The Lions only got 33,000 in Brisbane. That is actually pretty bad for a primetime match. So I am disappointed with that.
The Rugby League got 114,000.
They are very disappointing figures for a footy supporter in Brisbane.

Re: Dolphins making History
I just think sport is basically dead in Brisbane. I guess we have the origin 1.5 times every 3 years but that is about it.
How we got the Olympics I will never understand.

Re: Dolphins making History
I admit i was wrong. i actually thought the footy would get around 50 to possibly 80,000.
33,000 is terrible. Its very upsetting.

Poor ratings though.
There are lies, damn lies and then there are ratings.
