More AFL viewers in Brisbane than NRL viewers in Melbourne, despite the Melbourne Demons absolutely thrashing the Brisbane Lions and the awesome Melbourne Storm giving the Brisbane Broncos a hiding. NRL still the big winner in Brisbane on Channel 9 though with the AFL hidden away on 7mate and the Lions smashed from start to finish. To be expected I guess.

Geez beatup, those Brisbane fumble fans must be as dumb as a doorknob lololololol!!!! They don't how a TV remote works lololol!!! Actually I'm probably being tough on doorknobs!!

Also: Fumbling in Brissy got outrated by that TV juggernaut Better Homes and Gardens lololololol!!!!

Reality is a bitch!!!!

The Lions were terrible and thrashed from start to finish by the Demons.

Meanwhile, the Melbourne Storm were smashing the Broncos from start to finish, yet just 31,000 Melbourne viewers bothered to take an interest. Yep… 31,000

Tez, where were all the Storm fans in Melbourne to see their dominant Top 4 Storm smash the Broncos? They have the most members in the NRL right? :hmm:

Melbourne viewers clearly preffered watching the AFL and home improvement or gardening shows.

Even Bluey and Peppa Pig rate better than Rugby League with the local team playing in Victoria. What’s going on Tez? I thought Melbournians loved sport. Just not their own Top 4 team in the National Rugby League eh?

Ahhhhh beatup............always the beatup king!!! Now here's what intelligent folk call facts pal: Fumbling rated 39k in Brissy. RL rated 31k in Melbourne. Those number are for FTA TV metro only. Both are low numbers.

On Fox it was RL 256k V Fumbling 229K. Add in Kayo and will be a big win for RL on Fox. We won't get a breakdown of specific city numbers but it is well known that more RL people watch it on Fox rather than FTA, percentage wise. Whereas more fumble fans watch the fumbling on FTA.

As such it is fair to assume if Fox numbers were added more Melbournians watched RL than Brisbanites watched fumbling. FACTS. All up what it really shows is that RL is still king in Brissy and fumbling is still king in Melbourne. FACTS.

So there ya go beatup..........you're wrong again lololololol!!!!!! I now await another one of your bloviating beatups lololol!!! Whataya got beatup????

And right on cue its another...................BEATUP lolol!!!! You might wanna check with ya mate bumsniffer, or whatever he calls himself now. FTA gets many more viewers for fumbling than RL (per percentage of total numbers per game). On Fox it's reversed. As such it's fair to assume many more Melbourne folk watched RL on Fox than Brissy folk watched fumbling.

In any case what the FTA numbers do show is that both codes get crap viewers outside their heartlands. That is a incontrovertible fact. The Storms numbers in Melbourne are low. The Lions numbers in Brissy are low. Any other view is a ............ummmm.............BEATUP!!!!!

I think Aussie rules has always had a decent following in Qld - a poor cousin to league - and once yo Union - it is Sydney where afl I think still need to break through.
