But the NRL ahead by a lot less , about 100K
But wookie says its 323K

of course it'll be impacted

the NRL GF won't rate as high in Melb with the Storm not there. Probs would have got 600K with em , & 400K without em.
That will be made up tho by Sydney & the regionals with lockdown & then some etc.
Souths being in is a huge bonus & they will attract extra eyeballs across the nation being the codes oldest club & the nations most successful sporting team chasing their 22nd title.

maybe, though it has been about speeding the game up in recent years, not slowing it down..

As long as FTA remains the big source of viewers across Australia.

but at the same time people will get to watch a GRAND FINAL not involving the Storm.

& the awful at a tick over 13.7 Million after the 2 prelims for both codes with streaming estimated

the AFL finished their run on sat
4 million with a bit of ch 7 streaming added
so they're at 17.7 million odd.

Sunday night settles it
Souths last GF appearance in 2014 rated right on 4 million with Sydney not in lockdown
should be very , very close

Maybe the higher ratings for both codes was due to lockdown (a rational thinking person would think so). And even then wasn't your grand the best in only a number of years? when you would have no doubt had a Saturday afternoon GF.
