Poor ratings. But totally expected when ya put two rubbish Qld teams on the main Fri slot. Whoever thought this was a good idea should be fired!!!!Beaussie wrote: ↑Sat Mar 20, 2021 11:48 amFRIDAY NIGHT NRL LIVE Channel 9 345,000 157,000 6,000 169,000 6,000 7,000

Re: 2021 - Rugby League TV Ratings - NRL etc
it was good though the NRL gave the Titans the Friday night..
i know in ratings terms its not the best
but i still agree there should be more of mix of all teams in primetime slots.
Btw The Broncos were so Terrible

Re: 2021 - Rugby League TV Ratings - NRL etc
Yeah, that's true. And the Titans may be in for a good season. The Bronco's on the other hand are an embarrassment. They haven't got one gun player in their entire squad. Whoever ran their recruitment the last 5 years should hang his head in shame. They've bascially got 3/4 of Qld to recruit from ffs!!!!!!leeroy*NRL* wrote: ↑Sat Mar 20, 2021 5:46 pmit was good though the NRL gave the Titans the Friday night..

You see - if this had been played without the AFL on the other channels it would have rated a bit higher I think - particularly in Melbourne - as there would have been nothing sport wise to watch.

Souths are more popular team than Panthers on TV
a like for like in AFL terms..

TBH they're not brilliant numbers although kayo will take it over 1M. The AFL numbers weren't brilliant either but the NRL will get very close to it with Kayo.

NRL won the R1 relative comparison once streaming came in. Thurs. is gonna be very close but the NRL will win Fri. for sure. Hope that helps.NlolRL wrote: ↑Sat Mar 27, 2021 1:32 pmnot necessarily. Not sure which other game they won eitherpussycat Mark 11 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 27, 2021 11:17 amNRL

Pretty sure we won R1 even though the NRL was shown without competing with the AFL that weekendTerry wrote: ↑Sat Mar 27, 2021 1:39 pmNRL won the R1 relative comparison once streaming came in.
