And you are using the same tired bullshit.
The fact that NRL viewers average 50,000 more on Fox. The Fact that the NRL recently signed a new contract with Fox for a reported $1.1b over 5 years - when everyone else is going backwards we are continuing to go forward.
The fact that Mathew Johns, recently signed a new contract with Fox and is now the highest paid employee at Fox.

Surely these thing mean a little bit more than the same tired old bullshit.

Just because you dont like to acknowldge them doesnt mean that there not true.

So in another post it was stating that if you look at the afl deal the nrl schooled the afl.... how do we know this if the nrl deal with fox isn’t known ?
Yes Fred. Your new contract with Ch7 was at a reduced amount. Our new extension with Foxtel, is an increase. If what has been reported in the media is correct we have signed the largest contract ever with Fox. $1.1b over 5y is more than 1.3 over 6. And it has been reported in the media that the reason Fox never signed with the AFL is because they are also after a reduction similar to the one Ch7 got.

And with Soo at the end of the year - they'll have to wait a while to blame it for the poor NRL ratings lol.

Well done AFL. Well done Gilty. Give yaself a pat on the head, rub on the tummy and a red snake Fred!! See how easy that is fumblers. At some stage you lot might actually acknowledge RL does good some times!!! It'd be good for ya souls to live in reality occasionally.

And talking about reality this years ratings are gonna be something of an anomaly with different numbers of games played and RL's SOO & internationals at different times. So I'm not sure how or what we will take out of it. I am however sure that the fumble fans here will concoct or invent some metric whereby they'll say their fave game is tops..................same as every other year despite the ......ummmmmm.........yeah.......reality lolololol!!!!!!!

So AFL out rated the NRL on Fox !!! Wow - thought NRL apparently always beat the AFL on Fox - or is that only when the AFL have two games on fox/FTA to the NRL's single game? Asking for a friend.

I dunno know who schedule's the NRL broadcast games for 9 but they sure do them no favours. No Sydney team in last nights game while tonight they've got Penrith V Melbourne while the rounds best game by far is on Fox Saturday Roosters V Eels. Surely it should have been on 9 either Thurs or Friday to maximise numbers.

That is pretty amazing. One city beating the whole of the nrl in 5 major cities.

Afl have GWS v Bulldogs .... so afl not doing too much better and have lions playing Saturday at the same time as another game... Geelong v Blues I think. You’d think if they wanted to maximise ratings in qld they’d play lions and suns in isolation.. I mean, I’ll watch the Suns okay but if it’s a choice between them and the pies I’ll watch the pies.
