I think a certain poster at this site said last year they wont average 20k and it'll only ever be half full for half the games and as the seasons go by they'll get smaller. He was wrong last year and he'll be wrong this year. Memberships have already topped last seasons and are at record levels.

the crowds started off with a bang then slowly fell away only managed to avered 18396k for the H&A season and 25194k for the 2 finals games

New stadium will almost always boost attendances. It did at Adelaide Oval, it did at Optus Stadium, it did at Kardinia Park...why would Bankwest be any different.

In any case, look at the revenue for gate and membership - it literally doubled in the space of a year. and just declared a new membership record again. And the rest is irrelevant bullshit.

The old Parramatta stadium wasn’t that bad a place an all seater and wasn’t to old!
