I think they lost money on investments like the club at Springwood I think it is? Certainly churning enough through the gates so no issue there.

The club it set had a few terrible seasons and had bad management but a bulk of that debt in my knowledge did come from renovating the Springwood complex and gambling licenses

7 million is loans which isnt really that a negative a thing.
They owe 10 million to the AFL, but the AFL is never going to demand it.
