This is all fake news. Statistical bullshit which show small percent increase in certain areas from a low base. Rubbish participation number increased slightly, but when you consider kids forced to sit through school visits from anglofl are counted - this means nothing.

I must have missed a lot
Where is the NRL club in England?
Where is the NRL Club in France?
Where is the NRL club in Canada?

Where is the NRL club in WA?
Where is the NRL club in SA?
Oops different subject

The AFL is the premier league of sport of Australian Rules/Football not the sport itself, just as The NRL is the premier Australian league of the sport of rugby league, and possibly the world, however Australian Rules is played in all those countries, albeit, by very minor, hobby clubs, is played there and regularly.

The Wolfpack has done very well, but they are a mercenary team run by several millionaires some of which are not Canadian, at this time they are playing against semi pro part time clubs in the championship.

They should win promotion to super league for next year, but they should have done so this year, if they fall over at the last hurdle again I would not be surprised if some of their backers lose interest.

Actually there's talk of championship teams not wanting to move up if they win, as 2nd division represents bigger markets.

I think they break down numbers as to what type of participation exactly for that reason.

What you can’t deny is that there are more teams playing in Sydney and surrounds. There is also a girls/women’s league and teams where there were little if not none. That’s growth anyway you cut it. I think for female participation they had 70 plus percent increase ... hardly small but yes from a small base likely..

The number of clubs and leagues seem to suggest growth. Particularly in women’s participation. Also new comps in school and a move into private schools too. Would seem so.

How is this fake news? It’s a brand new competition. There’s nothing to dispute here.

Part of the deal to enter the championship with the wolfpack is that they have to pay all of the visiting teams expenses.
The owners knew that they would run at a considerable loss initially but they also expected near immediate promotion where the agreed conditions are apparently more favourable.
It is not clear about David Argyles continued involvement after his resignation, but quite possible he will remain as a major backer.

Their home crowd this weekend was 7,819, very good for the competition they’re in.
There were no local players in their team this week.
I believe the only Canadian player on their playing list for 2019 was released earlier this year.
There are lies, damn lies and then there are ratings.

Freddy 'ol boyo.....this seems to be your latest obsession. Fortunately we have the Lawson report that stated the fumbling league lies about 'participation' numbers.....and just about everything else. So please spare us the goldfish bowling with this idiocy pal.

Cheers mate!!!
Lol Lawson report

Every piece of data collected about sporting participation numbers has people playing afl over league including touch being decades ahead in numbers

Unless you can find other wise

Minus the official nrlol data as we know it’s :^o

All other data collected not officially collected by AFL and nrlol shows the afl is decades ahead even when combining touch and normal league together

So go and prove other wise

Direct us to the independent data showing an increase of actual players north of Beetson line. Not including people who kick ball at lunch, school kids forced to attend stuff, anglokick & parents who drive kids there.

October 2012.

So I guess we can all go nuts about NRL crowd rorts again right?
There is a massive difference ,
The crowd issue was admitted by the CEO
Then addressed .
Since then no proof of crowd fudging .

The Lawson report exposed the lies & bullshit .
Nothing ever admitted by hierarchy in afl .
No addressing the issue .
No further reports were done ..lol I wonder why
& the bloke who exposed the bullshit was straight onto the afl payroll where he will be kept quiet .

That's the difference .

Go and show me one piece of data except the dribble from the nrlol annual report that backs your claim or that more people have play league and touch than afl

I just posted an article about a new school competition for girls ... surely that shows growth.

Also all the knee girls and women’s comps that have started in the last 5 or so years ... isn’t that growth ? I mean, once there was none and now there a some .... ergo growth ?
