We are multi level ...some fans this week (& for the last 5-6wks) will not go to their club games (hence low numbers) instead go to SOO .
Same with internationals ....if you're taking a family it can be expensive so you go to SOO in Syd because it's only once a year you get to see the State side play whereas you can watch your club play nearly every fortnight .
Thats what happens in a multi level sport .
