4 days Thursdi to Sundi

Crowds will be very strong for Friday/Saturday/Sunday..

I think Thursday will be lucky to crack the 20k mark. (Titans v Sharks)

what is the story regards to averages for crowds for this..

Ok there are two ways of doing this.

Generally its total crowd divided by the matches involved, however the NRL changed their methodology on this last year to make mulit match events - double headers and such - count as 1 event = 1 match, rather than 1 event=x matches. This boosts the average figure somewhat.

The NRL should really have 2 'events' per round, 1 in Brisbane with 4 games, and 1 in Sydney with 4 games. If they get 50k in Brisbane for the 8 clubs, and 40k in Sydney they could claim an average of 45k!
