Exciting things ahead for the sport in Canada. Local crowds and interest as well as Canadian media getting on board.

Toronto Wolfpack (CA) vs Toulouse Olympique (FR)

I am starting to wonder how much longer AFL is going be putting on overseas exhibition matches. They have not been all that successful.

Yeah has been another great year for Toronto Wolfpack and fantastic promotion for Rugby League in Canada.

And to think all these AFL fools thought the club would not survive lol.. They will be into there 3rd year next year.

Meanwhile AFL just keep embarrassing themselves playing games in places like China & NZ where nobody cares.

Not sure if you have seen this Leeroy, but they definitely have engaged the local Canadian fans. They got a crowd of 9200 for one of their last games.

The reporter just has to learn to differentiate between the two Rugby codes lol..

a brawl is the only exciting part of RL hence they need fireworks and scantily dressed girl to attract fans. Hasnt that worked a treat

Well RL has far more international presence than derpball so yeh it's worked a treat .
& brawls are a rarity these days .
So you get one unco point for being useless

if international presence is based on excitement of the game then soccer is the most exciting game in the world.

Clearly it isnt
