I suppose you could tell us how the NRL rates more when it loses almost every one v one comparison...............
Take the Average Round this year.
Thursday:
The NRL Averages 900k on Thursday.
The AFL don’t play.
NRL = 900k
AFL = 0k
So difference
NRL – 900k
Friday Night:
NRL Averages 900k for there match.
AFL Averages 1000K for there’s
But the NRL also has a PTv game that averages about 220k
NRL 900k + 220k = 1120k
AFL 100k
So Difference
NRL – 120k
Saturday:
The NRL STV average for a Saturday = 240k
So the NRL’s 3 STV games = 720k
The AFL’s average for a STV game(shown without overlap) is 200k.
So the AFL’s 5 STV games = 1000k.
The AFL also has FTA game averages 420k for Metro. Throw in 150k for regionals.
NRL = 720k
AFL = 1000k +420K + 150K = 1570k
Difference:
AFL – 850K
Sunday:
NRL STV average 230k , FTA average 550k
AFL STV average (no numbers for no overlap so assume there 200k . The same as Saturday). FTA average 420k metro and 150k Regional
NRL
STV 230k + 230K = 460k.
NRL FTA = 550k
= 1010k
AFL:
STV 200k +200k + 200K = 600k
FTA 420k metro + 150 regional = 570k
= 1170k
difference = AFL 160k
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Round Total
NRL 900k + 1120k + 720k + 1010 = 3750
AFL 0 + 1000 + 1570 + 1170 = 3740
NRL 10k
