Still yet to see any promotion whatsoever in Sydney for AFLX other than a couple of videos on the Swans website. Nothing on the nightly news or in the local press. Very disappointing and will ensure little interest. Hopefully the AFL learns from this.

I was over in South East Asia recently and its all over billboards where ever you look. People are hyperventilating in the street, the excitement is so great.

Alright I've seen enough!!!

Not even a half has been played and I can tell you all it's official, Aflx has been an utter fail!

The commentators are bored shitless  I've watched 7minutes and they brought up "what do you think you'd change about the game? Anything you'd change? Rule changes?" They've brought that up three times I. Seven minutes for fukk sake!! :(/

The best commentator line? "So you think it's a big success do you?" Commentator 2 in a massively suspect high pitch tone "yeah, it's great".

Having played the game of marngrook and dominated I know what I'm watching here folks and basically I can tell you all it's a fukkin massive turdburger that the AFL have served up and sensationalised to billio

Also The size of the field simply doesn't suit at all. It's like a very fat lady wearing tight actiwear.... it's just not right

I don't expect big tv numbers.
10,253 crowd tonight in Adelaide and commentators suggesting 20,000 tickets sold for tomorrow night in Melbourne.

TV ratings will be interesting to see. Doubt they’ll be huge though for a new version of game with very little promotion and up against ratings juggernauts like MKR, Winter Olympics etc.

Oh gawd, you’re so full of shit. Commentary I heard was positive along with player reactions. And time to give the whole you were a some kinda awesome footballer lines a rest. You were broken down injured most of the seasons you played. To put it another way, one could say, you were too weak to compete with the big boys.

Hi All,

Promo code above will entitle everyone to free tickets for the AFL X tournament tonight in Adelaide on Saturday in Sydney. Wasn't worth paying for, but now it's free, some people might be interested.
