He didnt post lies so much as he failed to post context. As far as metro ratings are concerned, he was right. he just failed to stipulate that.

You get hung up on the literal interpretation of posts a lot - while knowing full well what the poster means.

Now in regard to your claim of stalking. You know the truth so either you're a liar or you want to try and defame me. So for clarification again I have never stalked you, why would I. The worst I have done is try and protect you. I also made an error of judgement which I accept.

So here's what happened.

1. I was pm'd by another poster who purported to tell me information about you and raiderdave.

2. One of those things was your name and the town where you live.

3. I wrongly posted you name in response to another post. I was not expecting it to be correct but was surprised that it was. I got a ban for this which was appropriate.

The person who pm'd me said he would post more. I said to him he should run things by me first as I did not want him posting some of the things he had sent me and thought it was crossing a line. For you, you seemed to think because I said that to him that I was soliciting information. I was not, my intentions were to screen the stuff he wanted to put up. I meant well. That's the truth.

Now that's my memory of that. I did make a mistake in posting your name. I am not a stalker and if I was that way inclined I would save my strength for someone I may no ... not some guy on an Internet forum who has a thing for the AFL being the root of all evil.

So there you have it. I am sure you will spend hours on the computer going back over old posts (where do you get the time) and if there is something else I'm sure you'll raise it. Again, I apologised for posting your name and do so again. I also apologise for anything else that may have offended you. I do think you have an unhealthy obsession with the AFL but that's your business and each to their own. I think you are an intelligent enough person and you certainly know you facts about the AFL.... More so than I and many others would have.

I do think you miss the context of posts. You can be very literal even when the clear intent of a post is obvious. But then you bang on about this literal descrpency and totally ignore the point or context of the post. Now this is not just me saying this.... several other listers present and past have also pointed this out. And it's a problem. If someone lies or makes a mistake ... point it out ... if they ignore it or refuse to address... take it as you were right and they were wrong ... and move on. Take the victory. But you seem intent on wanting them to say they were wrong. There was even a post not long ago when the poster corrected themselves ... something about the swans crowd figured, and you still kept going on about it, not once acknowledging what was the point behind that post.

I think with so many people pointing it out to you you may want to reflect. Surely they are not all wrong.

Just read the rest of your post . There are 8 games played on Australian tv... 16 teams. If you want to add people who are watching in nz you are having a different discussion to which code is most watched on Australian tv.

There might be 8 matches played but ratings are excluded for one of the teams. matches should reflect this, instead of 8 matches there should only be 7.5.
