The if you claim woolongong then could you not claim Launceston and Hobart given the games played there? And Canberra? That may be a stretch but would be interested in knowing the difference between say Hawthorn playing several home games in Hobart and who ever it is that plays games in woolangong apart from the history of the club ... in reality is it just the same?

So you're claiming Freemantle as outside capital cities are ya Fumbling Fred. Freemantle is listed as a suburb of Perth. It is 19k from the CBD. In contrast Penrith is 55k from Sydney's CBD, Cronulla 31k, Parramatta 25k, Wollongong 95k and even Kogarah is 18.8k. Are they outside the capital city Fumbling Fred??

You really think I would take the time to look stuff in relation to this forum. Seriously it doesn't mean that much too me. If someone wants to correct me as to fremantles proximity to Perth that's great. I think I would think of myself as a bit of a loser if I was researching stuff to post on here. I agree with 1 and 5 but putting cricket in the mix is a bit problematic. In actual fact it's our only truly national game so could arguably be 1 in every state. For the sake of this thread I would put it 2.
