He's one of a kind that's for sure. No idea why it tries getting a response from me as I have no interest in what gargled shit spews fourth from that giant hole in its head. Biggest **** of the lot.

For the hundredth timeleagueiscrap wrote:you have to go digging through their annual reports. the ones that are available or buy the ones that arent.Swans4ever wrote:It would be good to see the revenue stream from memberships - I think that's a better indicator.
but from memory the revenue isnt much
Lol I don't know why anyone bothers you just ignore & rave on with the same shit .
RL Clubs & AFL clubs are set up differently
AFL clubs have a history of memberships .
RL clubs have a history of Leagues clubs & $$$$ coming from the money generated by members of these clubs .
That's why CLub membership $$$$ are not that important to some Rl clubs
They have the financial backing of these clubs .
The
NRL is trying yo move the football clubs away from this
Some AFL clubs seem to be more & more relying on this to keep their head above water .
But as usual with any discussion about memberships ..
The AFL way is great .
NRL bad
Lol they're just different .

Re: Qualifications around Beaussie's signature
I'll take that as ur admission there swines. Then you go on to contradict urself and ramble about me not making sweeping statements.. Ummm this thread is about the sweeping statements beaussie made which you basically admitted with your "it would be no diff in the nrl"Swans4ever wrote:It would be no different in NRL - perhaps you should give a detailed break down of who has memberships before you make sweeping statements - otherwise I call this thread nothing more than BS!King-Eliagh wrote:So now wookies finished his lil![]()

let's get this thread back on track. How on earth can the AFL state that one in 28 Australians are members when their membership includes sporting associations, schools and community orgs?? I'm afraid the AFL may need to understand that 'schools', nor 'sporting associations' nor 'community orgs' are not counted in the census as 'Australians'. So their one in 28 Australians are AFL members is a bunch of bullshit.
Furthermore we also know AFL clubs "are not keen on giving any sort of breakdown on their membership numbers".
The whole thing is shonky as all fukk. Always has been. And these dingbats in here like wookie don't have the foggiest!
Beaussie add the qualification to your signature bro. It's best that way
Yours sincerely,
King

Now either Provide something useful or pissoff out of my forums and eat shit wookie.
Love you bro
I never said the NRL weren't faultless with their stats and numbers. I'm not stooopid. But beaussie's signature is and the AFLs membership tallying is highly suspect and downright misleading. Therefore beaussie? Can you change it up as I asked for please?

Re: Qualifications around Beaussie's signature
And

I'll take this as your admission that the AFL has "problems when it comes to clubs defining memberships". This is as I pointed out with my article and the reason I made this thread. The AFL has probs with defining memberships and therefore outlandish statements like in Beaussies signature are highly suspect and misleading.
Wookie, you disappoint me. You know of the problems, yet you are fine with using a problematic definition of AFL members to count up 1 in 28 aussies as members

With such an obvious bias in his approach we must be seriously critical of all the tables and stats wookster has ever used folks.... he's a bad man
