It's amazing how easy it is to score in backward ball. It has to be the easiest method of scoring in professional sports. In backward ball all you need to do is walk over the try line and put the ball on the ground, in fact you could even fall over the line like a drunk and land on the ball with your hand and still score. And if for some reason you're stopped by a tackle, you get another 5 attempts to do it!! What a farce of a sportMal wrote:It's always amazed me how easy is it to score in rabble ball. It's got to be the easiest scoring game in professional sports. Basketball is a high scoring game as well but you have to put the ball through a hoop only slightly bigger than the ball.
Everyone knows how hard it is to score in soccer and even Gaelic football has a keeper and a net to make goals hard to come by as well as awarding a point for going over the cross bar.
In rabble ball you can bomb it in from any distance and as long it goes through the two middle sticks.....hey presto.......goal!!!!!! How easy is that. And if you miss but put the ball through the outer sticks you get a point......bingo! No other game in the world gives a point for failure....LOLOLOLOLO.
I think rabble ball was invented for the less athletically gifted poor buggers. It is so easy to play anyone can do it. I mean you can fumble and bumble and stumble and it's just play on, play on. There are no consequences for mistakes......it's not a good training for life but it sure is good for the unco's of the world......LOLOLOL.
And fancy making kicking the major skill. I mean a two year old kid can kick a ball straight. If you play in the NFL and are a kicker you are treated like a totally unskilled tradesman. You get paid a pittance and no one knows who you are. At half time you have to shine the boots of the real players......and hand around drinks......LOLOLOL. The Yanks think kicking as a skill is a nothing, zero, zilch......and ya gotta agree.....it's a pretty base thing to make the pinncacle of a game.......LOLOLOLOLOL

God help AFL players scoring with a single set of goals and a crossbar. THEY WOULD MISS ALMOST EVERYTHING.
:_<>
What's even funnier is so many players still miss despite AFL having the largest goal kicking area of any sport in the world.

God help RL players if they were forced to kick at goal from more than 20 metres out. Theyd struggle to get the distance, let alone if it wasnt a set shot

Ok instead let's make handing the ball to a team mate the major skill or touching a ball on the ground over a line that runs for 68 meters long......... Oh wait that sounds like something you'd get pre schools to try to warm up for play time - oops! Hahah very funny mal very funny indeed!Mal wrote:It's always amazed me how easy is it to score in rabble ball. It's got to be the easiest scoring game in professional sports. this is address to IMcrap1:
here's one for you before you continue your rant about how AFL players have advantages etc.
How come the main prop (the ball) in NRL has changed to make it easier for players (grip, size, weight, waterproof etc) and the AFL ball hasn't changed much over the years.
You wanna look for advantages, that's your biggest one.
That's it, case closed, IMcrap1 put back in his place along with raiderdave.
Lock all his rant threads, lock this guy up, etc

How stupid is that statement Blocker. The ball's got nothing to do with it. Rabble ballers just continually fumble, bumble and stumble. They kick the ball from anywhere and as long as it goes through the big sticks they get a goal.........and if they miss they get a point for failure......how funny is that!!! That's not a professional sport........ thats like a game for 3 year olds ........give the poor buggers a little encouragement even though they fail........LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
Re: Help needed For Fumblers to Kick straight
Yes I know, im not talking about that, I'm talking about your mates rant in nearly every thread when he goes on about advantages.
And don't tell me stick to topic, every thread in this joint is off topic.
Also, my post was addressed to him so shutup and continue your little childish and senseless meltdowns

Hahaha rugby league ball the size of a balloon, white, plastic with grip dimples and you still knock the ball on. See Mal you just don't get it in AF it's no sin to drop the ball UNLESS you have prior opportunity so saying these things aren't an insult - but when the main feature of your game is handing the ball to a team mate and falling across a 68 m line to score and you can't get this right in 2015 there was an average of 10.3 errors per side per game and it's meant to be elite??? You make me laugh your so stupid!Mal wrote:How stupid is that statement Blocker. The ball's got nothing to do with it. Rabble ballers just continually fumble, bumble and stumble. Hey "Swanette, hows that PNG rabble ball team going in the semi professional Cairns comp?", you sure do a lot of research into RL. You have stats and figures at your fingertips......are you a savant? That would explain a lot of things........LOLOLOLOL. Or maybe your just a very very insecure little rabble ball zealot!!!!!
Just for your info: If any team of statisticians ever counted the errors in rabble ball it would be about 10.3 per player per 1/4...... thats 741.6 per team per game.........LOLOLOLOLO. I mean the poor unco's can make 4, 5, 6 mistakes in a row before anyone can actually control the ball........

The funny thing is moron mal isn't that those stupid unco league players even drop the ball! It's from a 6meter throw the ball is much larger than an AFL ball, made of rubber & easy to grip and travels at a much slower rateMal wrote:Hey "Swanette, hows that PNG rabble ball team going in the semi professional Cairns comp?", you sure do a lot of research into RL. Re: Help needed For Fumblers to Kick straight
You idiot - this whole threads about a ball designed to be kicked straighter - that ISNT used by the AFL at senior level (or any level for that matter), yet when we point out that RL has changed their ball to be bigger, brighter, plastic (so water doesn't affect its performance), with hand gripping dimples on its surface! Your an idiot!Mal wrote:How stupid is that statement Blocker. The ball's got nothing to do with it. Rabble ballers just continually fumble, bumble and stumble. FFs, never stopped all the codes using the same sort of leather and balls for 100 fucking years before technology caught up a little more, stop with the excuses, your game is shit and played by uncoordinated *********.
