Furthermore, the more people who play a sport, the more are available to fill the professional levels. All of them would love to be paid hundreds of thousands to play their chosen sport for a living. If it was easy everyone would be at a similar level, but clearly this is not the case. Only the top small percentage make it, which indicates it is far from easy. Pure & simply that's crap. Falaeu couldn't make it in league so he went to Union - a minnow sport, if he was considered any good a league scout would have picked him up. The drugo one fit right in at the Suns and despite his total lack of experience and his declining years was one of the Suns better players.

Rugby League player have been far - far more successful at other sports because ,as far as athleticism goes they are a class above AFL!
