TV ratings don't get stadiums built. Increasing crowds do. Don't you leaguies get it?!!!

you would think if all those million really watched RL that is calculated from several hundred rating boxes, the government would have no problem spending some money on a new or redeveloping a stadium for them

LOl, so the AFL piggy backs of cricket for over 100 years and that's ok, yet when the other 3 sports that can use the same grounds each week want a few decent grounds that have running toilets, keep people dry on winters nights and cater for all no matter their ability, it's not ok, because victorian rules cant play there.

What a heap of shit, fuck I will laugh when that code dies out, and it will, even the commision has stated over the years of the need to expand into non heartland states or the game will become irrelevant and eventually overthrown when the other 3 codes all start moving in.

Adelaide and Perth are finally getting new stadiums replacing run down death traps built in the 70s

Allianz was built in the 90s and and in 1999 add in all the club grounds that the tax payer pays for.

What two states finally get new stadiums after replacing dated venues built back in then70s mean while in that time the nrl has had an and Allianz built in shitey, Suncorp in Brisbane and all their club grounds built! He'll there are even grounds recently getting up grades that doesn't even have teams based there!
