And I'm privileged to have visited Enfield on numerous occasions. Why the fuck bother with aleague when there is thousands of better leagues in the world.
Thousands of better? Wow you really don't have a clue, either that or you are the worse troll in the world.
Considering where our overseas based players play, considering the level of imports we attract and considering that the Socceroos with a considerable number of A League and ex A league players have won the Asina cup, given the world champions a good run in a friendly, then I am now more convinced than ever before that you are complete clueless. I would call you a Eurosnob but that would actually be insulting to the eurosnobs that actually have a clue.
As for eelsofwest, mate buddy mate, get over here, love that you are trolling Sydney FC fans on here keep it up, the west will rise.
Loled.
You clearly have no idea. It is obvious that you have grown up here and haven't got a clue about oversea competition. Just watching the differences in competitions alone will show many different levels. Speed, one touches, teamwork, strikes, skills, structure, goalkeeping are few of many clear differences. Everyone knows it. Australian soccer, whether it is international or domestic, we are a long way off.
Today's game was ok. Getting there. But generally home and away games are terrible. I'd rather watch b grade matches in Europe and south america.
Also noticed in today's GF. 500 seats empty? They were certain it was a sellout. Sydney fc, Melbourne and FFA had a winge that they were playing at ammi park and not etihad stadium because of the AFL. Because of capacity and they still couldn't get a small stadium full. the daily telegraph wrote a big article about the other day.
Fuck off FFA. The beautiful stadium of Eithad is ours. Besides ammi park is more of a rugby/soccer ground. Much better to watch on. Closer up, perfect shape etc.
