Re: LOL league Melb Derpy V NRL Charity Shield
at a world cup? 1 v 2?
well Australia v Germany in South Africa 62,000 not bad
Australia v Brazil 66,000 in Germany not bad
so we do it neutral venues fairly regularly
oh 76,000 in Australia versus South Korea with 100 million watching on TV just thought I would throw that one in

100 million watching, but what was the Advertising Dollar amount worth for all these people watching....???
how much did these countries pay to televise the Asian cup is where it is at...
Example
superbowl 114 million watching...4.5 million per 30 seconds of advertising..

Re: LOL league Melb Derpy V NRL Charity Shield
So what we see above with Australia vs NZ, near 1 million people have watched the game live in Aus, NZ and England since the year 2000.
951,409 minus the last match at Suncorp which I think had over 40k as well.
Adding it all up has this match averaging over 30k no matter when or where it is played.
That's is not a failure in my book, it's pretty damn good considering the disrespect shown towards the International game by everyone bar International RL fans.
