parraeels, the parkland limits the height of the stadium (well it it originally) it doesn't restrict the "size" of the stadium just the height, what does limit the "size" or capacity is the NSW Govt deal with ANZ Stadium, the limit I believe is 32,000 but may be wrong on that it might be 35,000.
