Thats because, just like your Perth, Adelaide, Vic , Sydney - Qld gets a live game . Given that the only live game(s) is played on Friday night thats when they get there game. But unlike Adelaide.Perth, Vic, Brisbane they only get 1 live game shown in there market.

There is about 12 sunday / friday regional ratings missing on FTA for the NRL . That is anywhere from 3-4million worth of ratings alone. Also we are a week behind so clearly the NRL leading the way once again.

Its Rugby League, but the NRL CEO isnt the head of Rugby league in this country only the head of the NRL, and the ARLC annual report reports the revenue from the NRL separately to Origin - in fact it makes the clear distinction between the two, so whats your fucking point.

We dont count ratings from the fucking VFL/SANFL and WAFL even though they are all fucking televised and part of the game of Australian Football, and the VFL is directly run by the AFL.

And all of the above is irrelevant since this year we've counted the overall ratings including Origin and tests - and they've have been beaten to date by the AFL home and away season, and if you dont believe that then fucking take it up with oztam, you fucking ignorant twat. You are right, it is Rugby League and we are talking about the professional codes out here that are shown on TV, as far as I know, the QLD, NSWRL cups are not in that category the same for those sanafl, wafl comps. We are talking about the professional sports of Australian Rules Football and Rugby League football.

As far as I have seen with ratings over the last however long years now, Rugby League has been out rating and all up having a bigger aggregate than Australian Rules Football.

So we can ignore the 76 matches missing from Victorian regionals at an average of 150 per match right? Ive estimated that NRL ratings are missing about 3.7 million from Sundays and Fridays in their regionals...the AFL is mising over 11 million from their regional coverage, but hey its a ship that only sails one way right?

I see this as pretty much your best case scenario: - Anzac Day -Reginals 205 For Metros (Melb 519, Syd 71 , Bris 74.) The Victorian regionals may have got 150 in this case. but what about when Melb Metro figure is 300k and not 519k , do they still get there 150k then? because 50% regionals is fairy tale stuff for the AFL.

How? from the published ratings data - of course you probably dont even read the fucking data set. We have 15 - out of 90 - matches worth of vic regional data to come up with the averages from. Thats MORE than enough to arrive at an average. I didnt say it was going to be accurate, and ive said all year that its an estimate. Anyway you look at it there are 75 matches worth of data missing from victorian regionals - and as we established last year, you have to count the regionals right? RIGHT?

Wookie i just went through and counted how many FTA regional were missing for the AFL.........................it is 55 not 76 missing as you claim.

Take away your finals last week of 4.8m / NRL yet to play our Final series games

Add your 7million or there a bouts missing.

Now add the 3-4million FTA regionals missing to the NRL tally.

And we end up about were we left off............

Ok genius. been back and checked myself. There are in fact 88 matches broadcast into Victpria this year on FTA tv. We have records for 15 of them. That leaves 73 regional vic matches unaccounted for. At an average of 150 that could be around 10.9 million not seven.. 10 missing NRL matches at a regional average of 367 we end up with another 3.7 million for league.

NRL = 103,133 (includes all of Anzac Test, Samoa v Fiji, 3x Origin, City v Country, charity shield, world club challenge, Nines)
AFL = 104,563 (without first AFL finals week at 4.8 million, and doesnt include the preason competition (1.7 million), includes only AFL Home and Away Season)

Okay now add the 4 nations tournament coming up at the end of the year for RL and you still loose............... :_<>

Now divide the total by the number of matches played

NRL = 103m Divided by 66FTA/125Fox 854k Fta average with 2 delayed games, 212 Fox average not including NZ Sky.
AFL = 104m divided by 204FTA/220Fox about 480k Fta ave with 1 delayed game, 192 Fox ave.

NRL even with all your coverage still out rates AFL on Fox and FTA.....These are the Facts you people have to come to grips with..

And some of those 88 matches in would have got metro ratings of 200 metro and some would have got 600 metro. Any of those shown would be ones at the higher end.
