"One in every 24 Australians is now a member of an AFL club, a sign that the national reach of Australian football has never been greater," League CEO Gillon McLachlan said.

Gees, look at those figures for Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth with no live FTA AFL to compete with yesterday. Eek.

Oh Bea, Bea, Bea. Why is the Victorian government spending hundreds of millions on sport? Surely that money would be much better spent on a government funded campaign on educating Victorians on remote control use.

You had 3 and a bit FTA matches and got 3.7m. We had just 3 and got 6m. So who smashed who?

I only counted 3 of the AFL's FTA because the Perth and Sydney ratings for their game werent available.

I compared the round to the last NRL round with 8 games

Stop but butting

Come on beatup!!! Ya just make yaself look like a clown with idiocy like that pal!!!!!!!! Second highest rating program of the year behind SOO 1. That's RL 1 & 2. And beatup tries to talk it down lolololololol!!!!! The insecurity is palpable!!

Even the village idiot should be able to work out the blow out scoreline accounted for the drop compared to last year. Of course the fumblers here are aren't even up to village idiot intelligence.

But, but, but :(/

TV viewers down nationwide. Massive drop. Where did they all go? Novelty is over it seems.
