My money is on not putting all my money on a couple of events worth of ratings.

Putting your GF at about 3.45-3.55million.
Without simulcasting the AFL seems to struggle, why is that wookie?

No simulcast for AFL = real Tv ratings..

Re: Fight Club: 2015 Rugby League Crowds and TV Ratings
http://www.bigfooty.com/forum/threads/t ... 73/page-21Has to happen sooner rather than later! How would the NRL GF rate on Saturday afternoon? = shite.I reckon you could add at least 1 millon extra viewers for a night/twilight AFL GF without even trying.
Sydneys figures were very good considering many posters on LU claim nobody in NSW knows about AFL footy or follows it!
For the first time ever I switched off at 1/4 time as you knew is was going to be a repeat of last years boring game.
Lets hope this is the beginning of the end of Hawthorns era which with their ageing list that will be prone to injury I think will start happen next season.
I shit you not, the lame excuses have already started on BF.............

1. CWC Final : 4.0m
2. SOO-2 : 3.96m +NZ Sky
4. NRL-GF : 3.73m + NZ Sky
3. SOO-1 : 3.70m + NZ Sky
5. AFL-GF : 3.52m
6. SOO 3 : 3.3m + NZ Sky
The NRL literally has 4 shows a year that most likely will out rate the AFLGF year on year.

Some 400+ games of footy between the two codes this year And your little table is affected by your own bias towards broadcasts, not matches.
Lets see who gets paid more this year for broadcasting shall we....oh wait

Yeah the NRL dominates running on %40 broadcasting capacity while the AFL runs at %100............The gap will grow once the NRL closes that broadcasting capacity gap.
