Oh dear, just 13,000 for the NRL on Sunday in Melbourne. A pitiful 7,000 in Perth and 0 viewers in Adelaide. Gees Louise.

The NRL had live games for the 1st first 4 or 5 weeks last year. Thats an extra 1.1 /1.2 m viewers each week on FTA. So comparing apples with oranges means nothing.

And as said the reason for our Ptv drop of is the new wizz bang Telstra/NRL app. I must apologize it seems I've understated the figures, Its not 800 thousand dowloads rather in the 6 months from April to September 13, the tablet/ telephone app was downloaded over 2million times. Who Knows what that figure is now :-k =D> =D>

These are what the rounds rate. They are less than the ratings from the same round last year. Thats a fair comparison, not to mention simple maths.

Why has it always been fair to compare 2 friday games - whatever time they are on - to one friday game and declare yourselves the winner on that basis for years?
1 Live game.

There is no disgrace in coming 2nd, if you didn't have losers you wouldn't have winners.

Thats all we have to work with though.

When you get down to it AFL and NRL broadcasts are structured completely differently so comparing them is ulitmately pointless. We work with what we have though
So you going to include regional Tam then

Those thursday night games return during the last 4 rounds of the season.

So we are tracking ahead on FTA when you take that into consideration.

Does it matter though? the ratings are what they are. The nrl setss the schedule, it wears the rating results. For years, NRL fans have told us that all we have are excuses, but with the shoe on the other foot? haha. cry me a river, princess.

Yeah and only a dope with the IQ of a Monkey would compare 2013 - 2014, after 5 rounds in 2013 there were 10 live games on FTA, in 2014 after 5 rounds there are 6 live games.

These 4 Live Thursday games have been shifted to rounds 22-26.............then you will see the NRL is going great on FTA.
