The Sharks are one of the few clubs who haven,t got a rich owner or leagues club to cover football club expenses. Their supposed river of gold development had better come good soon .

another stage complete>> not 100% sure but i think this is stage 2 of 4

its quite a huge development.

The Cronulla Sharks development has reached another milestone, with residents moving into the 178 apartments in stage two.

Developer Capital Bluestone said the Woolooware Bay community had risen to 725 residents.

Work would start soon on stage three, providing a further 238 apartments, the company said.

When stage three is completed, there will be 636 apartments on the western side of the football stadium.

Another 244 apartments will be built in stage four, on the eastern side of the stadium, taking the total number to 880.

Stage four will also include a new shopping centre, hotel and upgraded leagues club.

Cronulla Sharks set to receive $9 million windfall before 2019 NRL season

The much-needed funds will come from the multi-million dollar property development on land adjacent to Shark Park.

Yes it's a forum .
Spelling & Grammar are not ideal .
Yet no matter how bad it gets from our side .....you lot have no grasp on reality ...the IQ levels are down with mentally impaired people .
Can't accept afl getting beat ..it's all but but but
& when arguing put up 9 yr old articles that have no bearing on the current argument .
Can't admit the afl do wrong with any serious matter .

I've frequented many forums. I've never seen spelling and grammar as bad as what we see on here from RL folk. That indicates IQ more than people willing to stick to their guns in an argument on a forum designed for that very purpose.
