Soward is good but I still have plenty of hate for the dragons. Dont know what it is, just dont like the way they play and the majority of their players. They'll be tough to beat again though by the looks of em. Eels will beat em this year though

Re: Footy season begins
I think just about all have been good games. The team i'm "hating" is the bunnies, I don't know why, I even played my junior footy there. It could be their inconsistancy. I have tossed a coin to pick the winner tonight. Eels beat the Dragons KE? No way.

Re: Footy season begins
I think some others said that last year Mark and the Eels drew with them, or was it they lost by a point? Anyway the eels should have won last year against these bums, but this year they will.

what u think of pritchard. I'm a panther fan and I thought it was ok. But then they show u the replay he did hit him in the head but not deliberate. Rules are rules i suppose.

I think it was a good shot and agree there was no intention in connecting with the head. Accidents are unfortunate but happen. I think the new rule is pretty weak and bordering on going down the AFL contact policy, which is detrimental.

With one week of form to go on I'm go I'm tipping Manly to keep winning....against the betting odds. Just hope the Sharks aren't better than I think they are.

Re: Footy season begins
i thought it was 50/50 manly V tigers. in the end i went manly even though they where with a couple players off injured i still think the edged out the tigers when looking at the two teams man to man. the broncos however let me. the cowboys lose to last years wooden spooners by 16 (i think from memory) and then come out and beat the broncos who I think showed some good form last week. I guess it will be a couple weeks yet before we can guage form.

Re: Footy season begins
Mark you're tipping is looking solid once again mate. I think perhaps you need a handicap placed on you from now on.
Dogmaniac your lapdogs looked pretty good the other night. You think they'll take the eels out this season?
